Q. How do I get my Location and Customer Number?
  1. You can locate your Location and Customer Number in a few places:
    1. It can be found on my bill; or
    2. It is on the refrigerator magnet and wallet ID cards that were mailed to me; or
    3. I can stop by the main office and request an ID card from one of the Customer Service Representatives.
Q. How do I get my bill each month?
    1. I trust the post office. Mail my bill to the street or PO address on file; or
    2. Automatically send a notification to my email address each month when my bill is ready. It'll have an image of the bill attached and I can print it if I need a copy; or
    3. I will get on the CL&W website and enroll in the PAPERLESS BILLING AND ONLINE PAYMENT SITE and view my bill (current or past) on line.
    4. I will download and access the CL&W mobile app from my cell phone.
Q. How do I find out what I owe?
    1. I will look on the bill that I received; or
    2. I will get on the CL&W website and enroll in the PAPERLESS BILLING AND ONLINE PAYMENT SITE and view my bill (current or past) on line; or
    3. I will call the CL&W main number (662-328-7192) and select "3" to inquire on my account using my location and customer number.
    4. I will download and access the CL&W mobile app from my cell phone.
Q. How do I make payments on my Columbus Light & Water Account?
    1. I will write a check and mail my payments (with the payment stub) to the address on the stub. I'm confident the post office will deliver my payment in time to avoid penalties.
    2. I will go to the CL&W website, print out and complete a Bank Draft Authorization Form, and drop it off at the CL&W main office. My account will be drafted each month on the day before my due date.
    3. I really don't want to have to enroll in yet ANOTHER account on the internet. I will get on the CL&W website and select the ONLINE PAYMENT SITE. Other than my CL&W location & customer number, there's no user ID or password required.
    4. I will call the CL&W main number (662-328-7192) and select "3" to make a payment over the phone.
    5. I will locate one of the PAYSITE ™ kiosks around Columbus that will accept payments for my CL&W account. I will call for a list of locations.
    6. I LOVE coming to your beautiful downtown office and will make a trip there before my due date to make a payment (inside teller or outside drive thru).
    7. I will download and access the CL&W mobile app from my cell phone.
Q. How do I review my account information (i.e. bills, payments, usage, personal info)?
    1. I kept copies of all my past bills and I'll pull them to see my account history while I'm sitting here on my couch; or
    2. I will get on the CL & W website and enroll in the PAPERLESS BILLING AND ONLINE PAYMENT SITE. Once enrolled I can view all KINDS of account information.
